When Lea and her husband Gaetano moved from Italy, they knew what it was to experience food insecurity. With their new opportunity in Canada, they established a life full of family, friends, and food.

From the many delicious meals she prepared to the recipes that we painstakingly try to recreate, food will continue to be an important part of how we remember her.
