Dear Wylde/Minialoff/Nathwani Extended Families

We are so grateful to be celebrating Easter and Passover together as a family for the the first time together in years. For our family, we have many celebrations, sprawling over many days this week, as we see different branches of the family (Kachucks, Johnstons, Halls!) for different religious festivities marking joy and sacrifice. 

Unfortunately, for many in our city, it has become increasingly difficult to put food on the table, and food banks have put out an urgent plea for donations as their customers have skyrocketed in the wake of the pandemic and amid rapid inflation.  

Over the past year, there have been 2.07 million food bank visits in Toronto, the highest number ever recorded in the city's history. 

This year, we are hoping to come together as an extended family and make a significant contribution to the Daily Bread food bank, in honour of the gratitude we feel to be celebrating together. 

Donations of $10 or more will automatically receive an electronic tax receipt.
