Food insecurity has reached crisis-levels.

Although we have an abundance of food options at the TD Centre, the same cannot be said of the tens of thousands (or more) Torontonians who, without food banks, do not know where their next meal will come from.

Over the past year, there were nearly 3.5 million food bank visits in Toronto, the highest number ever recorded in the city's history. 1 in 10 people in Toronto are now relying on food banks – twice as many as the year before. 1 in 3 of these people are children.

That's why TGF is participating in the 2024 Blakes Law Firm Challenge. And that's why we need your help. 

Did you know that after they've paid for housing, the average food bank client has $7.78 left per day? That's $7.78 to cover all other expenses – including food – making it impossible for them to stock the recommended supply of provisions for their family.

Last year, TGF raised $28,000 in support of Daily Bread – the highest per capita donation of all participating law firms. Can we top it this year?
