"Access to food is a basic human right, not a privilege. No one should go hungry"

Hello, my name is Brendan, and I am helping to raise money for Daily Bread Food Bank. 

Daily Bread serves some of the city’s most vulnerable populations including seniors, children and people living with disabilities. Your donations will ensure that these communities can access vital food and supplies during this difficult time. 

Since the start of COVID-19, there has been a 200% increase in new clients accessing the food bank. One third of the food banks clients are children and youth.

In a pandemic and with Christmas around the corner, Daily Bread Food Bank is asking for your generosity and donations for families in need. Since many jobs have been lost, it is even harder to provide for their family and for Canadians who rely on food banks, many of whom have less than $8 per day to pay for their living expenses, including food and transportation are in desperate need during these times.
